The work that matters most happens offstage

Honest conversations about what's next, with someone who won't waste your time.

Two kinds of people find their way here.

Senior professionals who need space to think

"I have no idea if this is the right move". If that sentence has been sitting somewhere in the back of your mind, and you haven't said it out loud to anyone yet, this might be what you're looking for.

Say it out loud here. Test the idea, challenge your own thinking, work through what's actually going on with someone who has no agenda and no stake in your org chart.

Co-founders who need to talk honestly

"We're fine. We just don't talk about the hard stuff." If that sounds familiar, you already know what's building underneath. Unspoken friction between co-founders is one of the leading non-market reasons startups fail.

This is the place to surface it deliberately, before it becomes a crisis. You'll name what's actually going on between you, resolve what needs resolving, and leave with a shared method for handling the next tension. Because there will be a next one.

Now let's do something about it.

Structured and direct coaching built around what you actually need to figure out. Nothing more, nothing less.

Book a discovery call.

This is a 20-minute conversation - not a coaching session, just a focused exchange where you tell me what's going on and I tell you how I work. If it makes sense, we talk about next steps. If it doesn't, no hard feelings and no follow-up emails. Before we meet, I'll ask you a few quick questions so I can make the most of our time together. For co-founder pairs or trios: all founders join the call together.

Price: €1,250

6 bi-weekly sessions. Structured intake with a self-assessment tool. Relevant frameworks or resources shared after sessions when applicable.

For a specific challenge with clear edges: a difficult decision, a relationship dynamic, a transition into a bigger role.

Prices shown are for self-paying professionals. For corporate-sponsored coaching, book a discovery call.

Deep Engagement for Senior Leaders - 6 months

Price: €2,250

12 bi-weekly sessions. Everything in the focused engagement, plus a mid-point reflection to recalibrate, and a closing session with a forward-looking action plan.

For the deeper work, when the issue isn't one decision but a pattern. When you need sustained space to think, not just a one-off conversation.

Prices shown are for self-paying professionals. For corporate-sponsored coaching, book a discovery call.

Exploratory Session - standalone

Price: €250

One session. For the person who wants to experience coaching before committing, or who has a single, bounded question that doesn't need a full engagement.

Co-Founder Cohesion - 8 to 10 weeks

Price: €2,750 for pairs; €3,400 for trios

6 sessions in total. The first is a kickoff where each founder completes an independent frustrations assessment on the spot, followed by a joint discussion to prioritise what matters most and set a concrete improvement backlog. Four bi-weekly sessions to work the backlog together. A closing session to re-run the assessment against the baseline and name what shifted.

You leave with a shared operating rhythm and a method you can re-use, not a one-off reconciliation.

If the joint work surfaces something that needs individual attention, individual coaching is available separately.

Not sure which one fits? Let's figure it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Three ways. First, I have no stake in your decision, no agenda, no opinion about what you "should" do. Second, I'm trained to ask the questions you're not asking yourself. Third, there's structure and accountability: we set goals, track progress, and I'll call it out if you're avoiding the hard part.

If you're curious what a session actually looks like, here's what to expect.

That's normal and that's fine. The intake process is designed to surface what's actually going on. Most people think they have one problem. Usually, the real issue is underneath it. We find it together.

No. Therapy explores your past to heal. Coaching works with your present to move you forward. I'm not a therapist. If I think you'd benefit from one, I'll say so.

No. This is structured, goal-oriented work focused on how you operate together as a leadership team. We start with independent assessments so each founder can be honest about what's frustrating them, then we bring it together and work through it systematically. The goal isn't to fix a relationship. It's to build a shared method for resolving friction so it doesn't accumulate.

We talk about it. One of the advantages of bi-weekly sessions is that we check in on progress regularly. If after a few sessions it's clear the fit isn't right or the approach needs to change, I'd rather we address it directly than pretend everything is fine.

I coach in English and Croatian. Most of my clients work in English regardless of their first language.

Some do. Many companies have professional development budgets or learning stipends that cover external coaching. It's worth asking your HR team or manager. I can provide an invoice formatted for reimbursement.

About

I started as an engineer, moved into leadership and consulting, and ended up coaching. It wasn't a dramatic career pivot. It was a gradual realization that the most useful thing I do is help people think clearly about hard problems.

I've spent 20 years inside organizations leading teams, advising management boards, building culture in companies growing from 30 to 300 people.

I'm trained in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), which is what underpins the co-founder work. I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
